- Standard tickets are exclusively for non-Malaysian visitors. Mykad tickets are for Malaysian residents only.
- Each ticket allows for a one-time entry only and must be redeemed on or before the indicated expiration date. After this date,the ticket will become invalid and cannot be redeemed.
- An adult is defined as an individual aged 13 to 59 years,a child is classified as aged 4 to 12 years,and a senior citizen is anyone aged 60 years and older. Admission is complimentary for children aged 3 years and under.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited.
- The management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the visit without prior notice. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor(s).
- Tickets are not exchangeable for cash. Expired e- tickets will not be acknowledged,extended,replaced,or refunded.
Visitors shall at all times,adhere to and obey:
i) The instructions given by the staff of the park.
ii) The rules and regulations established by the management.
iii) The instructions displayed on notices and signs within the premises.
